Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Chimpee Champ gear — but if something’s off, we’ve got your back.
✅ You can return or exchange your order if:

The size doesn’t fit

The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
🔄 Return & Exchange Conditions:

You must request the return/exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

For size exchanges, the item must not have been used.
💸 Refunds

If the item is damaged, you’re eligible for a cash refund or exchange — your choice.

If the size is wrong, we’ll exchange it for the correct one (based on availability).
